Delete your account and data

• Open Settings in the app.
• Tap “Delete my account and content”.
• Re-enter your password for security.
• Confirm the deletion.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

The verification record of your theme purchases (a hash of the store transaction ID) is kept with the link to your account removed. This lets you restore your themes on a new Kıvılcım account with the same Apple or Google Play account, and stops a receipt from being reused on other accounts. Card details never reach us.

Server logs are deleted automatically after at most 30 days and crash reports after 90 days.

Deleting your account does not refund store payments; Apple or Google decides on refunds. A refunded theme is switched off and the world returns to the free forest theme.

You can also delete your account without the app. The web form asks for your account’s email address and password; once you sign in, your account and content are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

Delete my account on the web

Accounts and data from the previous Kıvılcım app are a separate system and are not migrated to version 3.0.0. Deleting your new account does not affect an old account, and an old account cannot be used in the new app.

To have your data from the previous app deleted, email destek@kivilcim.app from that account’s email address. Requests are answered within 30 days.
