Terms of Use

Kıvılcım: Kendi Dünyanı Kur is a calm, single-player world-building game. For seven days you pick one piece a day and can leave a note of up to 120 characters. The 3 × 3 “Connect the Stream” puzzle gives you 18 moves. The free world includes every piece and the stream game. The app is version 3.0.0 of the Kıvılcım app on the App Store and Google Play and is not distributed in the EU.

The app is for ages 16 and up; your age statement and the policy version you accepted are recorded at sign-up. Accounts use email and password; one account can create one world. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Accounts from the previous Kıvılcım app are a separate system and are not migrated to this version.

You can leave one contribution per day. A new day starts every night at 00:00 UTC. Missing a day does not delete your world or progress.

Three themes (Northern Lights, Sunlit Meadow, Star Garden) are optional, one-time cosmetic purchases of 49.99 TL each with no gameplay advantage. The store shows the current price before you buy. Apple or Google takes the payment; your card details never reach us. A theme unlocks only after the purchase is verified on our server. Restore themes with the same store account via Themes → Restore purchases.

Refunds are decided by Apple or Google. A refunded theme is switched off and your world returns to the free forest theme. Deleting your account does not refund store payments.

You are responsible for your notes. Sharing is optional; a shared world appears on Explore only after a human moderator approves it, and it must follow the Community Guidelines. Content that breaks the rules is not published or is removed; repeated violations can restrict an account. There is no chat, matching or messaging.

We may change features to improve the service. If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its date and the app may ask you to accept it again. The service is provided “as is”; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
